I’m supposed to start working out again today after a 2 week hiatus. I’m not as excited about it as she is. They say it only takes 2 weeks without exercise for your body to begin to revert back to an unhealthy state. They also say getting up early is better than staying up late. They say eating ice cream and beer for dinner every night is not the best idea. They say we should stay away from gluten and sugar and caffeine. They say all the things that make me happy should be avoided. You know what, I feel like They has a lot of opinions and They should maybe shutup for a minute so I can finish this donut in peace. Wish me luck! I hope I don’t break my butt muscle this time.
